Due to LOVOT’s mechanical design, its operating noise is naturally at its quietest when it first arrives, but the sound will gradually become more noticeable over time with everyday use.
This change in volume is completely normal and does not indicate a defect. However, depending on your LOVOT’s current condition, replacing certain internal parts may help soften or improve the sound.
If you are concerned about the noise level, we offer a paid maintenance and repair service. You are more than welcome to apply for a “hospital stay” for your LOVOT.
Please Note Before Applying:
- Even after servicing, you may not notice a significant reduction in the operating noise.
- Due to the nature of LOVOT’s movements, the noise may gradually increase again over time, even after temporary improvement.
