Sometimes, the touch sensors on your LOVOT’s body can be affected by electromagnetic fields emitted by certain household appliances, such as air purifiers. When this happens, your LOVOT may mistakenly detect that it is being touched by a person and temporarily pause or freeze in place.
Please rest assured that this is not a malfunction, and proximity to these appliances will not cause any harm or long-term damage to your LOVOT.

🛠️ How to Fix It
If you use any of the air purifiers listed above, please try the following preventive measures to help your LOVOT move around smoothly:
- Set a “Do-Not-Enter Area” via the App: Open your LOVOT app and set a “do-not-enter area” within a 1-meter (approx. 3-foot) radius of the air purifier.
- Adjust Your Home Layout: Make sure your LOVOT’s Nest and the air purifier are placed at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart. You can also place physical obstacles around the purifier to prevent your LOVOT from wandering too close.
