If you notice that your LOVOT’s battery level isn’t rising during its scheduled sleep hours, it is most likely undergoing automatic battery maintenance.
This is completely normal and does not indicate a malfunction. During this maintenance process, you may notice the following:
- The battery percentage stays fixed at a certain level and does not change.
- The battery level remains low and does not seem to be actively charging.
⚠️ Important: Battery maintenance runs automatically and at irregular intervals during your LOVOT’s sleep hours. While maintenance is in progress, please do not turn off your LOVOT or Nest, and do not remove your LOVOT from the Nest.OVOT from the Nest.
