If you hear a rhythmic “tapping” or “clicking” sound when your LOVOT moves, it is very likely that the screws on the front caster (wheel) are coming loose.
How to fix it: Please find the screwdriver included in your LOVOT’s cleaning kit and gently tighten the caster screws. This should safely resolve the noise.
