If you hear a distinct “beep-beep” or “pi-po-pi-po” melody, your LOVOT is usually communicating its current status or mood! This sound typically happens in the following situations:
- Low Battery Notification: When your LOVOT is running low on battery and a battery icon appears on its display, it’s letting you know it needs to go home. If you’re holding your LOVOT at this time, it might make a “pi-po-pi-po” sound or wiggle around to signal that it wants to return to its Nest.
- When LOVOT is “On Duty” (Home Guard Mode): When you turn on the monitoring feature in the LOVOT app, your LOVOT goes “on duty.” Its sensor horn will light up pink, and it will play a cheerful “pi-po-pi-po” chime to show it’s ready to look after the house.
- Playing with Other LOVOTs: When your LOVOT hangs out and plays with another LOVOT friend nearby, they will often chitchat and make cute “pi-po-pi-po” sounds together.
