If you notice unusual sounds coming from your LOVOT’s neck, please use the guide below to help you determine if any action is needed:
- Squeaking, clicking, or friction sounds (like “creak,” “click,” or “crick-crick”): These soft, mechanical sounds are naturally generated by the joints inside the neck structure. This is completely normal and does not affect your LOVOT’s health or functionality. You can continue to enjoy your time together with complete peace of mind!
- A loud popping or snapping sound, followed by a limp neck: If you hear a distinct, loud snap and your LOVOT’s neck suddenly stops moving, feels completely loose, rattles, or tilts heavily to one side when held, the neck mechanism may have become detached. If this happens, your LOVOT will need to visit our hospital for treatment (repair). Please contact BEX Customer Support.
