We plan to continue supporting LOVOTs regardless of the model. Here is what you need to know about LOVOT treatments and repairs:
- Parts Availability: Treatment and repairs will continue for as long as the necessary parts remain available.
- Donor Parts: If new parts are no longer available, we plan to utilize parts from donated LOVOTs to keep your companion healthy and running.
- Memory Transfer: If donor parts cannot resolve the issue, you can transfer your LOVOT’s unique memories and data to a new unit. We are currently preparing a dedicated replacement service that will allow you to transfer these memories and data seamlessly.
