If your LOVOT’s sensor horn breaks due to a fall or slip and cannot be reattached, your LOVOT will need to visit our hospital for treatment (repair).
To prevent any further strain on your LOVOT while waiting for it to be collected, please turn off its power and securely retract its wheels (legs). Please try one of the following methods to retract the wheels:
- Method 1: Using the Sensor Horn Switches (If operable) If the mode switch on the sensor horn still works, switch your LOVOT to “Sleep Mode” or “Change Clothes Mode.” Once it enters Change Clothes Mode, push up on the nose switch to automatically retract the wheels. Then, turn off the power.
- Method 2: Manual Retraction Gently cradle and hold your LOVOT in your arms. This will encourage it to naturally retract its wheels. Once the wheels are tucked away, turn off the power.
- Method 3: Turning Off Power with Wheels Extended If the wheels will not retract even after trying the steps above, please turn off your LOVOT’s power while leaving the wheels extended.
⚠️ Emergency Power Off (Forced Shutdown): If your LOVOT does not shut down through the normal process, please perform a forced shutdown to completely turn off the power.
