Once your LOVOT’s diagnosis is complete at our hospital, BEX Customer Support will send you a detailed invoice via email. This email will outline the exact breakdown of the repair costs and include a secure checkout link to complete your payment online.
Please note that we only process payments electronically through this secure link; we do not accept bank transfers, personal checks, or cash on delivery (COD) for repair services.
To prevent any delays in your LOVOT’s treatment and its journey back home, we kindly ask that you complete the transaction within 7 business days of receiving the payment email.
